For the information of all
Today, 10.11.2022, our present SAKSBLR committee has completed 1year.
Thank you 🙏one and all for your support and
encouragement without which we could not have accomplished your wishes.
Your faith and confidence posed on the current Commitee Members
helped us in taking the Samaj development activites and hope we lived /
demonstrated with your expectations.
Some the top priority task completed in past one year are:
1. Successfully conducted annual general body meeting
2. Ganesh festival
3. Undertaken pending incomplete Building construction works
4. Conducted building stability report
5. Strengthened 1st floor and 2nd floor slab with additional 3 i-section
pillara and built new staircase in 2nd floor.
6. 3rd floor slab done
7. 2nd floor incomplete construction works completed.
8. 3rd floor, built complete New with 2 big hall's with Samaj office room.
9. parapet wall and stair room in 3rd floor.
10. Successfully, recovered the outstanding tenent Rent amount to an extent of
204,000/-. Rental agreement regularised.
11. Commitee members Contributed RS.50000 towards Education fund
12. Chit conducted smoothly and successful
13. Committee members donated cash Rs.5000 each and some more , upto 1 lac
14. Successful in collecting Life membership, Building construction find
and sponsorship for SAKSBLR BHAVAN.
15. Attended state body meetings and participated in every initiatives of state
body.
16. SAKSBLR directory compilation work commenced and work is in progress.
17. Addressed the grievances recieved from families and helped to
reconcile.
18. Financial assistance provided for medical emergency cases.
19. Awarded Scholarships for SSLC & PUC students
20. Sponsored college admission fees for deserving student
Work in progress :
a. Renewal of SAKSBLR registration - under progress
b. Completion of building construction works
c. To let out our building, 2nd and 3rd floor.
d. New SAKSBLR Samaj directory
e. Samaj property conversation into 'A' Katha
f. Continue and undertaking of new initiatives Towards- health, social,
economic and education development activites.
g. Approach Government for financial assistance and land.
This all was possible because of your active participation, involvement
and contribution in every single step of our journey.
