SAKSBLR Executive Committee, would like to present '100 days' REPORT CARD.
1.Successfully conduced Election and New Executive body formed on 07.11.2021, for the period 2021 to 2024.
2. Ex-Committee handed over some of the documents and few more are due. As per Ex-Committee’s un-audited account statements collected as the certified accounts are still due from 2014 to 2021 (renewal of registration is also due)
3. Newly elected Office Bearers & Executive Members were introduced to SAKSBLR samaj members via saksblr.blogspot.com & WhatsApp group.
4.Women committee members Ms.Bharati Jadhav, Varsha Gawalkar & Sneha Darshanakr were introduced to SAKSBLR.
5.Newly formed sub-committee for IT cell formed comprising Mr.Anand Chitragar, Mr.Sandeep Chavan & Mr.Srinivas Hamse, introduced this team members to SAK State body and this team will be working on SAKSBLR E-Directory by conducting survey of each member of the Bangalore samaj.
6. Semaj account in SBI bank lady Curzon road Branch, transferred into new signatory names.
7. Education account activated and transferred into new signatory names.
8.One of our samaj bandhu’s family dispute/grievance was addressed by SAKSBLR and appropriate advise & suggestion given to both the families.
9. Scholarship of Rs.10,000/- given to poor & needy samaj bandhu’s daughter for pursuing further education.
10. 1st Executive Committee meeting was held on 01.01.2022 and decision made to commence the pending construction activity at SAKSBLR Bhavan at Kalkere, Horamavu. Before commencing constructions activity, committee decided to conduct building structure stability report from a reputed certified consultants under the directions/supervision of our samaj engineer Mr.Nagabhushan Kavtekar.
11. Towards construction activity, 03 quotations were collected from 03 different persons. Evaluation made on the basis cost, quality & workmanship and committee decided to award the construction work to Mestry Mr.Mani, with the supervision Senior Advisory Member , Mr.Dilip Bhandwalkar.
12. Happy to inform yoy all, on 03.02.2022, pooja was held in the SAKSBLR bhavan and started the pending construction work.
13.Further, committee decided to mobilize funds/sponsorship/donations in any form like cash, construction material or fixture/fittings items etc., for completing the pending construction activity of SAKSBLR. Team will be formed and shall visit all samaj members residence to mobilize the funds.
14. Also, the committee decided to start an education development fund of Rs.50,000/- sponsored by present committee members to utilize this fund to support educational needs of the poor & needy samaj students.
> This are small steps and long way to go to our destination/goal. Looking forward for samaj bandhus, each and everyone’s support and cooperation.
