For the information of all


Today, 10.11.2022, our present SAKSBLR committee has completed 1year.

Thank you 🙏one and all for your support and encouragement without which we could not have accomplished your wishes.

Your faith and confidence posed  on  the current Commitee Members helped us in taking the Samaj development activites and hope we lived / demonstrated with your expectations.

Some the top priority task completed in past one year are:

1. Successfully conducted annual general body meeting
2. Ganesh festival
3. Undertaken pending incomplete Building construction works
4. Conducted building stability report
5. Strengthened 1st floor and 2nd floor slab with additional 3 i-section pillara and built new staircase in 2nd floor.
6. 3rd floor slab done
7. 2nd floor incomplete construction works completed.
8. 3rd floor, built complete New with 2 big hall's with Samaj office room.
9. parapet wall and stair room in 3rd floor.

10. Successfully, recovered the outstanding tenent Rent amount to an extent of 204,000/-. Rental agreement regularised.

11. Commitee members Contributed RS.50000 towards Education fund

12. Chit conducted smoothly and successful

13. Committee members donated cash Rs.5000 each and some more , upto 1 lac

14. Successful in collecting  Life membership, Building construction find and sponsorship for SAKSBLR BHAVAN.

15. Attended state body meetings and participated in every initiatives of state body.

16. SAKSBLR directory  compilation work commenced and work is in progress.

17.  Addressed the grievances recieved from families and helped to reconcile.


 18. Financial assistance provided for medical emergency cases.

19. Awarded Scholarships for SSLC & PUC students

20. Sponsored college admission fees for deserving student


Work in progress :
 
a. Renewal of SAKSBLR registration - under progress

b. Completion of building construction works

c. To let out our building, 2nd and 3rd floor.

d. New SAKSBLR Samaj directory

e. Samaj property conversation into 'A' Katha

f. Continue and undertaking of new initiatives Towards- health, social, economic and education development activites.

g. Approach Government for financial assistance and land.


This all was possible because of your active participation,  involvement and  contribution in every single step of our journey.

Invite for the 24th Annual Shree Genesh Pooja on Sunday 11-Sept-2022

Dear Samaj Members

Greetings of the Day, 

It gives us an immense pleasure to invite you all for our SAKSBLR Annual Ganesh Pooja scheduled on 11.09.2022 (Sunday) at our SAKSBLR Bhavan, Kalkere Main Road, Horamavu.

 

We have posted the invitation to your residences as per our available records.  Circulate this invitation to those all new comers to Bangalore City and who are yet to register their address with the Bangalore samaj.

 

Request all to treat this as your own function and participate with all family members and make it a grand success.

 

This event provides an opportunity to all our samaj bandhu getting together as on family and towards showcasing our strength and unity.   

 

Kindly note : We should not remember samaj only during our convenience and needs like for education / marriage / good times & bad times.  We have to show our existence in larger participation in every community development meetings and social activities, otherwise will loos the benefits from  Government. So, your participate is very essential. 

 

SAKSBLR construction works update:

In this invitation for the benefit of our samaj bandhu, we  have provided the details of construction works carried our till 31.08.2022.  Also, we have published the next stage of construction works with the approximate cost/budget.

 

With the available funds we were able to complete the 2^nd & 3^rd Floor civil structure works (walls, roofing, stairs & inside-outside plastering. Next, we need to carry out plumbing, fittings & fixtures, electricals, flooring & painting.  The approximate cost/budge would be Rs.15,00,000/-

 

While, we have advertised the 2^nd floor & 3^rd floor for renting out for office/institute space purpose, still having many challenges to get the potential tenant as the building is not completely ready/available to occupy.

 

Hence, it is an outmost priority for us to complete the remaining construction work which is only possible with your support & cooperation.

 

Request samaj bandhu to sponsor for any of the listed pending construction works indicated in the annexure A, B & C.

Find attached picture of year 2001 which is the first Ganesh pooja in our SAKSBLR Plot.

With blessings of god Nimishamba Devi and the great efforts, struggle, hard work, dedication from our samaj senior members, Ex-Office Bearers/Committee Members and Youths, we are successful in owning a property in Bangalore city.

It is worth here to recollect the olden days, wherein we used to conduct samaj meetings in some members house, in parks, corporation schools, grounds and pooja’s in temples.

Today, we have some decent place of shelter to operate our community activities.   Kudo’s to one all !!!

 

Our samaj was registered in 1953-54.  It took 69 years for us to reach at this stage while other samaj’s have grown faster and multifold. 

 Still, we can achieveeven more, only with the support of you all samaj members active involvement and participation.

We are very poor in showing our community in larger participation/group/strength.  Only thru this route we can get support and aids from Government.

Attending a annual function with meager numbers like  50 – 60 members is not sufficient.

We urge all Samaj members - please join together in large numbers and contribute your ideas to make our samaj even more glorious.

Dear Commitee Members and samaj Bandhu

As you are  aware we are celebrating SAKSBLR

Samaj Ganesha Pooja on 11.09.2022, (Sunday). at our Samaj bhavan at Kalkere road.

This is an best occasion for us to meet all our Samaj bandhu..and see the SAKSBLR BHAVAN current state.  Further,  to seek their support for further developments and suggestions.

Request, all Commitee Members approach Samaj members residence and invite them for Pooja.

  Ganesha Pooja invitation shall will follow shortly.

 We need to collect SSLC , PUC, 2022 Passed students CERTIFICATES for scholarships and inform students to come in person for the function.

 Also , need to collect ganesha  Pooja Donations.
